RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

By placing an order on lumizen-eyewear.com, you agree to the terms below. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected at all times.

30-Night Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind every pair of LUMIZEN glasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us and request a return and resolution.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at info@lumizen-eyewear.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. The item must be returned to our fulfillment warehouse within 14 days of the return approval.

Items must be returned in their original condition. We reserve the right to assess the condition of returned items before processing any resolution.

Resolution Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Store credit — a 100% value credit applied to your LUMIZEN account, valid for 12 months, usable on any product.
  • Full refund — returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Our team will propose the resolution that best fits your situation. If you have a preference, let us know when you contact us and we will do our best to accommodate it.

When This Policy Applies

Our 30-Night Guarantee covers the following situations:

  • Your order arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The product does not match what was described on our website
  • You are not satisfied with your purchase within the 30-day window

We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of the issue before approving a return or resolution.

What We Don't Cover

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from the date of delivery
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear
  • Items not returned in their original condition
  • Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers

EU/EEA & UK Customers

If you are based in the EU, EEA, or UK, a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to your purchase. Our 30-Night Guarantee runs alongside that right and extends it. Where local law grants more favorable rights, those always prevail.

Return shipping costs for EU/EEA/UK customers exercising their statutory withdrawal right will be covered by LUMIZEN.
