The product
LUMIZEN is a night eyewear system not a wellness product, not blue light glasses. It's designed for people who live the night: late dinners, screens, city lights, wind-down rituals. Two modes, one system. Social Night for after-dark life. Deep Night for the hours before sleep.
Social Night has orange lenses. It's built for the active part of your evening the dinner, the rooftop, the screen time after work. You stay present and in it, just without the overload.

Deep Night has red lenses and a deeper tint. It's for the wind-down: the sofa, the series, the hour before you actually want to sleep. Not shutdown just a smoother way to land.
No. Blue light glasses are a commodity. LUMIZEN is a night system with a specific purpose: helping you stay inside the night on your terms. The lenses filter a broader spectrum of stimulating light not just blue which is why the tint is visible and intentional.
Depends on your night. If you're mostly social dinners, going out, working late on screens start with Social Night. If your main goal is winding down before sleep, go with Deep Night. If you live the full night, both. That's why we built them as a system.
LUMIZEN is not available with prescription lenses right now. If you wear contacts, you're good to go. Custom prescription versions are something we're exploring for the future. If you have a specific request, reach out at info@lumizen-eyewear.com and we'll see what we can do.
Yes, there's a visible shift that's intentional. The orange and red tints reduce certain wavelengths of light, which changes color perception slightly. Most people adapt within minutes and stop noticing. What they do notice is feeling less wired.
Social Night (orange lenses) can be worn driving at night in most countries, as the tint doesn't significantly reduce light transmission. Deep Night (red lenses) is designed for indoor, low-stimulation environments and is not recommended for driving. Always use your judgment.

LUMIZEN is night lifestyle eyewear, not driving eyewear. We were not designed or tested for use while driving and take no responsibility for any use behind the wheel. If you have doubts about lens use while driving, consult a specialist.
Frame & lenses
The frames are made from TR90, a high-performance thermoplastic material known for being ultra-lightweight, flexible, and extremely resistant to impact. Paired with a matte black finish and gold hardware detailing on the hinges. Built to last, not to break.
Yes. All LUMIZEN lenses have a scratch-resistant coating. They're not indestructible, but with normal use and the included case, they'll stay clean and clear.
Use the microfiber cloth included in the box. Avoid paper towels, clothing fabric, or harsh chemicals these can damage the coating over time. For stubborn smudges, a drop of lens cleaning solution works perfectly.
Yes. All LUMIZEN models are designed to work across face shapes and genders. Night culture doesn't have a gender.
Your LUMIZEN glasses arrive in the LUMIZEN Signature Night Case — a premium rigid case that holds your glasses in a soft, protective inner sleeve along with a microfiber cleaning cloth. Everything packaged to feel like a proper arrival, not just a delivery.
Shipping
Worldwide. If you're on a planet with a postal system, we'll get your order there.
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. In some countries or remote areas, delivery may take 1–2 additional days. Either way, we always do our best to move things as fast as possible. You'll receive tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.
Free on orders over $95. Standard shipping rates apply below that threshold.
Yes. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. You can also track your order anytime here.
Check your tracking link first most delays are carrier-side and resolve within a day or two. If your order is more than 10 business days late, reach out at info@lumizen-eyewear.com and we'll sort it out.
Returns & warranty
You have 30 nights to try LUMIZEN. If they're not right for you, send them back for a full refund. No questions asked. Contact us at info@lumizen-eyewear.com to start the process. You can also read our full return policy here.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective. In that case, we cover everything.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects frame integrity, hinge failures, lens coating issues. It doesn't cover accidental damage, scratches from misuse, or lost glasses. If something's wrong with the product itself, we make it right.
That shouldn't happen, and if it does, we fix it immediately. Email us at info@lumizen-eyewear.com with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll send a replacement at no cost.
Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
Orders & payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay including Shop Pay Installments for eligible orders.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they're already in the dispatch process. Email us immediately at info@lumizen-eyewear.com if you need to make a change.
Check your spam or promotions folder first. If it's not there, it's possible there was a typo in your email address at checkout. Contact us at info@lumizen-eyewear.com with your name and order details and we'll sort it out.
Occasionally. The best way to catch them is through our newsletter or social channels. We don't run permanent discount codes if someone's selling a "secret LUMIZEN discount," it's not us.
Yes. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, which is PCI DSS compliant. We never store your card details.

No. LUMIZEN is a lifestyle product. We make no medical claims and we're not trying to. If you have a diagnosed sleep disorder, please consult a doctor. LUMIZEN is for people who love the night and want to live it better not for people who need clinical intervention.
