SHIPPING POLICY


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

During high-volume periods such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or promotional campaigns, processing times may be slightly extended. We'll always keep you informed.


Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is available on all orders. Orders over $95 qualify for free shipping — automatically applied at checkout, no code needed.


Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

  • United States: 5–8 business days
  • Europe: 5–8 business days
  • Rest of the world: 5–8 business days

Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped, not at the time of purchase. Actual delivery may vary depending on destination, carrier capacity, and seasonal demand.


Order Tracking

As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation.


International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. All applicable duties and import taxes are included in your order total — there are no surprise fees at delivery. What you pay at checkout is what you pay, full stop.


Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or if your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@lumizen-eyewear.com. Please keep all original packaging and photograph any damage — this helps us resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make sure you're taken care of.


Split Shipments

Occasionally, items from the same order may ship in separate packages at no additional cost to you. You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment.


PO Boxes & Remote Addresses

Some carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military addresses, or certain remote locations. If this affects your order, we'll reach out to arrange an alternative delivery address.
